IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY FOR THE TERMS OF SPECIAL ORDERS AND BACKORDERS!   All Special Orders require advance payment. We generally submit a new order to Nill in Germany every 4 weeks and will include your special order with our next scheduled shipment. Depending on when you place your special order in relation to the timing of our next scheduled shipment, it may be 3-8 weeks before we have your grips to ship. Please keep this turn-around time in mind when placing a special order. We never know when the next shipment will arrive until it is actually delivered. Shipments can and often do get delayed by the Nill factory not shipping on time, delays in clearing U.S. Customs, and further delays in processing and shipment by the U.S. Nill Distribution Center. Due to the many issues involved with importing these products from Germany, MacTec cannot guarantee a delivery date for special orders or backorders of grips that are out of stock. Special Orders cannot be cancelled, nor refunds issued, after the Special Order Deadline (the date we submit our order to the Nill factory as posted on our Main Nill Grips webpage).   You will need to specify the Nill Part No. for each set of grips you wish to special order. It is important that you provide MacTec with the CORRECT Part No. as MacTec cannot be responsible for refunds on Special Orders unless we made a mistake. Please verify the specified Part No. is the correct size and/or contains the features you want for your grips by examining closely the KN Nill-Grips website or catalog. If you have any doubt about size, fit, or features, contact KN Nill-Grips to verify before ordering.   If you combine special order items or out-of-stock items with in-stock items on the same order, your order will not ship until all items are available. Be sure to order any in-stock items separately if you want them to be shipped immediately.   By placing a Special Order, you are agreeing to these terms.
