- We generally
submit a new order to Nill every 4 weeks and will include your
special order with our next scheduled shipment. Depending on
when you place your special order in relation to the timing of
our next scheduled shipment, it may be 3-8 weeks before we have
your grips to ship. Please keep this turn-around time in mind
when placing a special order. We never know when the next shipment
will arrive until it is actually delivered. Shipments can and
often do get delayed by the Nill factory not shipping on time,
delays in clearing U.S. Customs, and further delays in processing
and shipment by the U.S. Nill Distribution Center. Due to the
many issues involved with importing these products from Germany,
MacTec cannot guarantee a delivery date for special orders or
backorders of grips that are out of stock. Special Orders cannot
be cancelled, nor refunds issued, after the Special Order Deadline
(the date we submit our order to the Nill factory as posted on
our Main
Nill Grips webpage).

- You will
need to specify the Nill Part No. for each set of grips you wish
to special order. It is important that you provide MacTec with
the CORRECT Part No. as MacTec cannot be responsible for refunds
on Special Orders unless we made a mistake. Please verify the
specified Part No. contains the features you want for your grips
by examining closely the KN Nill-Grips website, catalog, and/or
direct email to KN
Nill-Grips.

- STEP 1

- If the grips
you wish to order are listed on our website, you can place your
special order by making the selection from our order pages and
completing the online checkout.

- If the grips
you wish to order are not listed on our website, you will need
to determine the Nill Part Number (Art. No.) for the grips you
wish to order. If you do not know the part number, email us with a description
and we will provide assistance and a price quote with link to
the order page where you can complete your special order online.

- STEP 2
|
- Pre-payment
is required for all special orders. You can choose to pay for
your order by credit card or certified funds during the online
checkout. If you choose to pay by mailing certified funds, your
payment must arrive prior to the Special Order deadline for the
next shipment as posted on our Main Nill Grips webpage.
